Shipping policy and cancellation


How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time of the orders is 24-72 working hours since the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments, the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). All shipments will be made by the transport company SEUR, S.A.

If for some reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know. Once the order is made, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the expenses and is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:

Spain (peninsula): € 6 / kg

Canary Islands: € 14 / kg

Balearic Islands: € 12 / kg

Can I request the shipment of an order outside of Spain?

At the moment this option is not available. But you can get in touch with us through the email and we will look better to get your order delivered.

What happens if I’m not at the address I indicated when the courier goes to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice to contact you and fix a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier’s offices.

After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount of the same, subtracting the return costs of the package.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after a period of 5 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, get in touch with us through the email

Can I pick up my order in any of your stores?

Yes, you can pick up your order without any cost in one of our stores, located in C / Ribeiriño, 2, Ourense and Rúa da Concordia, 16, Ourense. The pick-up time is Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Take the confirmation email of your order with you and ask any of our dependents.

Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be returned only when Cafés Antillas-Campos is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
